Great customer service by their sales associates. December 2009, I wanted to purchase a Nintendo Wii but had no idea which accessories or games to buy. An associate named Bart helped me for over 20 minutes and even customized an accessory pack to save me some cash. It made an awesome gift. Shortly after, I was considering a home theater system but had a few technical questions about their receivers. The associate working that area was extremely helpful and even offered to write down the information since I wasn't ready to buy at that moment. Last Christmas, I wanted to purchase an iPad for a relative. It only took a few moments for a sales associate to approach me and offer assistance. The iPad I wanted wasn't on the shelf so the associate literally jogged across the store to check if they had one in the stockroom. I wasn't in a hurry and he didn't earn a dime in commission but my business and time was still valued. I've made several other small purchases from this location too and have yet to receive poor service. more
