I moved into this complex last year and I have been miserable everyday since. The noise is absolutly crazy. I live on the bottom floor and the residents directly above me are constantly pounding and banging on everything! I have complained to managment and the local police and no one will do anything about it. There is even a excessive noise clause in the contract, but it doesnt do any good. Talking to the residents above me doesnt do any good either. I have also been threatened by them twice. They throw huge loud parties and dont care about anyone but themselves. This is a huge issue in this complex so take my advice and look somewhere else to live. Management could care less about your problems and just want your money
