I had another positive experience with AD. This time they sent a very nice fellow named Roger. Definitely knew what he was doing and this time we had them do the repair.
My dryer stopped drying and so I called them out. Roger was able to pinpoint the issue and found 2 parts broken. He had them on the truck and repaired it right on the spot.
It wasn't more than 30 minutes or so and my dryer now works perfect. Price seemed fair, too.
