My husband's Worldwide company covering entire US and some international areas outside US. They have very large companies they are contracted with and have deadlines. They were dispatched at 11:30 AM and never showed up, we had to call three times: 1. Stuck in traffic, 2. Still stuck in traffic be here in 10 min., 3. Broke down, will be there in 15 min. DO THE MATH! His company finally had to change towing services at 2:45 PM. That's a LONG 55 minutes. I can't imagine someone especially alone late at nite of highway entrusting them.
