one of the first days it gets really cold our pips froze, trying to unfreeze them my boyfriend almost got electrocuted and now has a pulled muslc in his back. so we figured we would call the professorial roto-rooter who are thank god open 24/7. they came on time and fix the broken pips and also found more leaks that we didnt even know about. there service is great and the plumber (jeff 2722) was very kind. the thing i liked best about haveing them to fix the pips was they wore boot covers when they came in the house.
