It's been a month since Mike took our TV apart, took $75 and some TV parts with him, and hasn't returned. At the time he said he'd be back in a couple of days. His phone message about return calls in 5 minutes is fantasy, especially once he gets your caller ID. We've heard several excuses when he does return calls - can't get parts, car broken, mother ill.
