Terrible service when needed the most! I was recently in a wreck and I needed body repair taken care of. I had just got off the phone with the insurance company to have the dealer start work on my SUV the following day and no less than 2 min after, I get a call from the dealer telling me that their manager "doesn't feel comfortable fixing my vehicle". I was shocked, I immediately asked them, "Then how did you give me a quote to fix my truck, but you won't even touch it to fix it?" It's simple logic, if your too afraid to even fix my vehicle, then how are you even qualified to even give me a quote? They're not even qualified to give a simple estimate for the insurance company if they don't feel like fixing anything thats been in a wreck. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to Ed Schmidt! I will never go back for anything, I will not recommend their services to anyone, nor their quality for customer service. I know a lot of people in this town and they have definitely lost a lifeti
