Horrible Experience!! Terrible Customer Service!!! If you read the history of this company, you will see that the Wertz brothers had this giant company handed to them on a silver platter. Unfortunately, what usualy comes with that is a great sense of entitlement with an even greater ego. If you talk with Mike Wertz for more than 60 seconds, you will immediately discover this for yourself. I have worked hard all my life and have never been given anything. I have learned in business, "Don't ever forget where you came from". Unfortunately, this would not apply to the Wertz brothers. I recently sent a heart fealt email expressing my concerns over treatment from one of their managers, Robin Messick whom after more than 15 years of my hard earned money spent at Wertz bros. locations, she kicked me out of the Wertz Brothers antique mart after falsely accusing me of trying to sell personel items to customers.
