The office staff has ZERO manners or compassion.\r
Doc's aren't too bad, mediocre.\r
I strongly urge you to seek medical treatment at another facility or the other Urgent care facility in the area Urgent Care by the Bay. There is a good chance human life is more cared for at these places.
