no greeting upon entering the store with 4 people on the floor and two being helped. was told serveral times to ""come in, come in, come in, we take walkins. then was told 5mins after opening that they dont have walkins today. mexican chick behind the counter lied to manager that I threw a pen, and that my mother was rude. I wonder if the manger would review the tapes and see that never happened. upon calling the mexichick a LIAR the manager told me to leave. worst place EVER! For walk ins go to the Dr. outside the SEARS optical center at Cielo Vista Mall, he does take walk ins and is completely NO HASSLE.
