I am a deaf professional using the videorelay service since I can't hear the phone-the videorelay service is not meant to scam people or anything-it is just a conduit for my questions/pay bills/whatever I need. This store refused to talk with me and said they do not have time to talk with me-I am a potential consumer seeking consultations on rare coins and obviously I'm going to take that elsewhere-to people who actually have the guts to talk with me professionally. They need to take a training on working with disabilities-that will help them draw more business-I plan to tell everyone not to go to this store!
