Purchased a 295.00 necklace in the store. The focal point charm of the necklace fell off the second time I wore it. Brought it in for repair. The next time I wore it the charm fell off again. This time I couldn't find it. When I contacted the store again I was told there is nothing they can do for me. The designer cannot be contacted. They offered no help to replace the charm or even give me the designers name so I could try and find her. I'm a local person and will take my business elsewhere next time.
