We signed up with Apple on their automatic delivery system. Apparently they offer you a low initial price to lock you in to signing up for this service. They will come and fill your tank without prior notification and just charge your card as they see fit, whether you need oil or not. Those of us on a budget will find that a tad bit annoying, especially when they show up at 7am and start filling your tank when the weather has not even been cold. Our tank was just under 3/4 full. When we asked about being removed from automatic delivery, they told us if we were not on automatic delivery, that they may not deliver to us if we call them. Kinda spiteful if you ask me. We simply wanted to discuss our options and apparently we struck a nerve with them. Very poor customer service, when you consider we spent $1400 on our first delivery from them 2 months ago, filling our tanks. more
