After deciding to cancel my membership, I was first told to write a letter to a PO Box. After this failed to cancel, I went in person and was told that mailing a letter was not proper protocol and that Mr. Paul Hughes (owner) would be in touch with me within 24 hours. Never received a call. Again went in person and was given Paul's cell phone number and also his wife's number after the salesperson informed me that MANY people have this problem. Neither Paul nor Carolyn will return calls. Billing company is still attempting to bill my card and is charging fees since my credit card company is no longer accepting their charges. \r

There have been multiple Better Business Complaints on this company for this exact issue so it is uncanny that hotspottan would respond to the previous review stating that he/she has no idea of any billing issue.
