Paid over $130 to have store package an item for shipping. Paid extra for shipping and insurance. Package was damaged in transit.
UPS corporate denied the insurance claim due to ""improper and inadequate packaging"". UPS Store won't stand behind it's work, and has an ""F"" rating from the BBB.
