The prints were decent, despite taking all of his customers to the same 7 spots repeatedly. But, his customer service skills are horrendous. He was difficult to get in touch with to begin with, and when my wife and I did, he seemed to dismiss everything my wife and I wanted as far as locations and was fixated on his ""usual"" spots.
Like I mentioned earlier, the shots weren't horrible. It was the purchasing and communication that were awful. We bought a handful of prints from him, with the vocalized intention of buying the rest the next week as it was a pay week for me. After days of calling with no avail, we decided to e-mail him, text him, and even post on his facebook to try to get in contact with him so we could make our purchases.
After a two or three weeks, I decided to called him on a friend's cell phone. He answered, which made it obvious that he was screening his calls. During the conversation, he told us he ""lost"" all of our photo's, but not to worry, that he had a back-up. He sent us four 3""x5"" prints to appease us for the time being and that he would contact us in the next week or so when he had pulled everything out of his back-ups. We waited for two weeks and tried to get in contact with him for another two to three weeks before we just gave up on him completely.
