I have live at Meadowbrook for several years and it has gone through several property managers. In the last 6 months or so the place has really gone down. Kids running the streets, smoking and walking around with 40 ounce beers not to mention disrespectful to others property. This used to be a decent place to live - I can't wait until my lease is up to get out of here. If the management is more concerned with leasing mobile homes to felons and crack heads then they get what they deserve. I would not recommend this place to anyone but if you are interested make sure you have an alarm system and get ready to deal with RUDE people!!!!
