I just got back from having 2 tires put on and I spent 2 hours in there waiting room while they took there time working on my car which 2 tires should only take 10-15 mins but they had two guys that seemed it was there job to just drink coffee and walk around, one tall skinny guy and a older man that looked like he never changed a tire in his life. At the very least they could have been friendly but even that was too much to ask considering there higher then average prices.
Overall Horrible customer service: Pissed off know it all looks on there faces and you think a water dispenser would be too much to ask considering they make you sit in a waiting room for 2 hours while they change a tire with 15 people and 2 guys watching them drinking coffee.
