Taking my business to a better company! Management can't seem to get their act together and complete customer requests. They say they can order a product for me, but didn't because they had other stuff to do? Really? What other stuff needs to be done besides GOOD customer service??! His second reply was he forgot. Well, I am about to go back again....any guesses on what his reply is now????
The employees are very nice and helpful, but management is RUDE!
