WOMEN beware! DO NOT EVER take your vehicle to this company!!
I took my car to this company and their quality of work SUCKS!! They neglected to put bolts and screws on CRUTIAL engine parts, misdiagnosed SEVERAL issues, did sub standard work, and how they REALLY make their money is having you come back over and over (and over) for work that could be done WITH ONE VISIT!!!!! Piling on more labor charges than should be!!!
Due to their misdiagnosis and lack of attention, I was forced to find a REAL, REPUTABLE, HONEST mechanic to correct all the things they missed, contributing to worse problems with my car!!! My NEW and TRUSTWORTHY mechanic stated that since OLIVE BRANCH MOTORS neglected to actually REPAIR the issues with my car, it was in worse shape when he got it.....my new mechanic stated that OLIVE BRANCH MOTORS actually ""screwed me"" over and he was personally offended that they did that. It only gives mechanics a bad name, especially in the eyes of women!!! We are already leery of taking our car into somewhere for fear of being ""robbed"", and in this case it actually happened!!!
When I confronted CARL for an explanation as to WHY all of the problems occured after OLIVE BRANCH MOTORS had supposedly ""fixed"" them, he treated me with the most condescending attitude and told me that I would have to ""sue him"" to get what I thought would have been a fair refund... so, that is what I will do.. that is the ONLY suggestion from CARL I actually WILL BE taking... I'll be filing a suit in small claims court to get refunded a more acceptable amount!
Although ""labor charges"" are not refundable, I feel that when you find reason after BS reason to get you back in their shop, for repairs that could be done AT ONE TIME..... that's when ""labor charges"" SHOULD be refunded!!!
If the weather wasn't so cold, I would stand out on Hwy178 with a poster board warning EVERYONE to be VERY WARY of OLIVE BRANCH MOTORS..... so, instead I'm posting on their website, and other various venues......
So, if you have an obscene amount of money, lots of time to kill and don't care if your vehicle actually gets fixed, then by all means, take it them... otherwise, I would seriously consider taking it elsewhere, or you can contact me and I'd be happy to give you the name and number of an honest, trustworthy, reliable, dependable and PROFESSIONAL mechanic......
