I hate to buy furniture; salespeople stalking you, ready to pounce, without offering any valuable help. Not so at Leaders. Following a courteous greeting and a description of the layout of the store, my wife and I wandered around until we had an idea of what we were looking for. We caught the eye of a sales person, he rushed over and spent 30 minutes with us going through furniture styles, colors, fabrics, weighing advantages and disadvantages of various selections. the he made a note of our thoughts, gave us some fabric samples and sent us on our way. What was really great about this whole experience is when we came back three weeks later, a different sales person took a quick look at the notes about our last visit and picked right up where the other had left off. In other words, the training of the entire staff was quite good, they obviously work well as a team. We ended up making a decision to buy from Leaders and feel we made a very informed decision that we know will work in our home. Quality of products seem good and the prices fair.
