Worst customer service I have ever received, I went in to exchange a back on an ear ring that I had not worn because a plastic tag was put on a gold back that was wrapped around the loop where it should not have been pulled it as you would with any gold jewelry because they are suppose to come off easily when it bent the manager of the jewelry counter was the most rude hateful clerk I have ever had the misfortune of coming across he told me he would only give me a new one if he had a spare and not until I admitted I yanked the tag and ruined it, I had not asked for an exchange or refund and I had two receipts which he proceeded to write no refunds no returns then signed and dated it, I had always thought before that Lord and Taylor was a company that stood behind their products and prided themselves on customer service apparently I was sorely mistaken, when I asked to speak with his manager he smugly smiled and said I'm the manager of the jewelry department and when I said I wanted to speak with the store manager not him he told me no. Your store has now ruined my gift from my mother for me I will never put those cheaply made ear rings on because I will only be able to look at them and think of that hateful man. more
