My wife and I checked out their booth at the State Fair as we were in the market for some new windows. The woman we spoke with was very pleasant and friendly so we decided to schedule a free consultation.\r

The sales person did a thorough job of explaining windows, but was a little misleading in that he didn't communicate the range of window offerings he had until the very end (I guess this is considered top-down selling). He spent nearly 3 hours at our house and was rather pushy. We decided to ""try them out"" by purchasing one window and to save ourselves from having to listen to another person's sales pitch.\r
\r
So, it has been nearly two months since the window was originally installed, and I'm sorry to say it is still not working correctly. I'm on my second set of screens that are too big and they are sending out a 7th person (that's right I've had 7 different people at the house) to try to fix it. Oh, and by the way the contractors damaged our dining room table in the process.\r
\r
Although they did offer to give us a discount for the damaged table, I have not heard one apology from their company for their carelessness. Overall, I'm not happy with the quality of the craftsmanship or their service. I would not recommend and will not be purchasing any additional windows from them.
