Brought in a 2012 for collision work and they proceeded to work on the vehicle for two weeks and put on a 2011 bumper and headlight. This shows a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. They are correcting the mistake but this obviously should not have happened to begin with. When I shared my concerns with the service manager he seemed dismissive about my concerns. Once they put on the right parts I will need to have it examined for mistakes that are not visible. This is a step I should not have to do. I would suggest going elsewhere. more
