My family has always been overweight. Diets and exercise never showed results and my schedule never allowed for the time to do what it took to drop the weight. At Medi it is just too easy. Just follow the plan and remember that the carrot they dangle in front of you is self esteem and a slimmer and trimmer you. The cost? Yes, this is something that always comes up. Now let me ask a question. Do you like clothes shopping? Do you enjoy outdoor activities that involve swimwear or interaction with healthy people? Do you eat out at restaurants? Can you afford to give all of that up for about 3 months of your life? For me, I lost over 40 pounds in 3 months. I even had to travel overseas for a month where I couldn't do everything correctly, but I didn't revert back to bad habits either. I still lost a little. Once back I was back on track again. I averaged around 3 pounds a week. Is it worth it to buy shorts or a shirt off the rack? Is it worth it to be able to buy things mail order without trying them on? You bet 'cha! I don't regret it a bit. I can't wait to hit my goal. I started at 230 pounds and I am currently 184. My healthy goal is 180, but I plan on hitting 179. Then I have the rest of my life to be healthy and happy. You can give up anything for 3 months if you think of it that way.
