They replaced the heel taps on several pair of shoes. The taps on the boots were GLUED on and were placed incorrectly. I asked them to redo them and they refused. The minute I wore the boots the taps fell off. I contacted Happy Feet and they were VERY RUDE and would not replace them. I do not recommend this business.\r
