Da Wash was paid to transfer tires from 1 set of factory rims; then, mount and balance the tires to another set of factory rims for $60.00. I removed a set of wheels and tires from my vehicle in order to get them transferred to another set of rims. I took both sets of wheels and tires to Da Wash to have this done for $60.00. After returning home and installing on my vehicle; I noticed one of the tires was mounted on the reverse side of the other 3 tires. I went back to Da Wash, on their next business day, with my receipt and spoke with the employee that mounted my tires. He seemed to be confused and uninterested in what was going on with my tires; so, I asked him to come out to take a look at the tires. He told me to get in my car and turn the wheel as if it was not the same tire as the other 3. The owner was not around and his employee told me that he would correct the problem and I told him that I had to go to work but would return to get the tire correctly installed. When I returned this same employee told me ... from 1 set of factory rims; then, mount and balance the tires to another set of factory rims for $60.00. I told the employee ""so let me see if I heard you correctly so you want me to pay for a mistake that you yourself made?"" I then asked to speak with the owner; the employee said ""the owner got on his bicycle for a ride."" I asked, ""When will the owner return."" He said I don't know and could I move my vehicle to the side of the building because I was block the drive way. After a 30 minute wait I got in my vehicle and went down the road to Rohr Tires Inc and for $10.00 they gladly mounted, balanced, and installed my tire.I feel that he owner/ operators of this establishment are unethical, immoral, and lack integrity. I would not recommend this establishment as a please to conduct business because of a lack of a moral compass. \r
