I was seeing Lauren B who is no longer there...great stylist....offered to try Nikki who decided my trim should become an entirely different haircut....on a Sat...two days of crying....went back and Patrick fixed beautifully but at the end of the day Im with a haircut I worked almost a year to grow out...Im not happy. I left 2 messages for the owner manager to call me back to get compensation for paying for a cut I did not ask for and for the fact that Ill now have to wait many months to get back what I worked so hard for...and not a response. Bad customer service.....Patrick was great....sadly I did not see him first....but supporting a salon that is in it for the wrong reason is not my style....I will be reversing the charges on my credit card with a dispute...I did not recieve what I asked for....and its time we stand up for our rights had it been a meal or a product purchase we would recieve a refund....I asked for a discount or courtesy future cut...and cant even get a call back. There are many competetors....Im sure I can replace the salon.....I want to find Lauren Bernstein if anyone knows where she is
