I have to say.. This is the WORST pizza hut in the Southern California area. I've been to many pizza hut locations, I'm also a huge pizza fan and its very hard to disappoint me when it comes to pizza. Yet they do it so easily.
First off: this isnt even a freaking sitdown location. Which I can live with.
Then, the staff is always so rude. They ALWAYS deliver late, and if i'm there waiting they ALWAYS take a lot longer (20+ minutes) to make my food. Why should I wait an hour+ for a freaking pizza when I could go to little ceasers or something and have a fresh hot pizza in 3 minutes.
Also they always mess up the order, give me the wrong pizza, the pizza is made terribly, etc.
Lastly.. they always charge extra for marinara sauce/ranch.. this is the only location that charges me extra. Guess somehow they have to make up the money they lose from losing customers.
