Got to the store, the person that does the grooming was fired. The head groomer stated he should have called you to cancel the appointment. Yeah, he will call me after being fired.
The store mgr. stated ""We have no control over the grommers they only rent from us.""
It was a royal pain to get the cat into the carrier only to find out I have no appointment.
Perhaps you could rent to responsible people.
They are a reflection on your business.
