I understand the previous reviewer being upset with Sears corporate over a faulty washer. However, that should not discount the other amazing products and service this particular Sears has given to Thousand Oaks for over 35 years. I have never had a problem with Sears and have purchased numerous appliances (two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two laundry sets, two stoves and more) in my 20 years of marriage. Has everything been perfect? No, but nothing in life is. This store and its employees work hard to give consumers great options in the retail world. People should give them a chance to impress. Just saying that you shouldn't ban an entire store because of a faulty appliance. They sell so much more and I am sure Sears came through (no update??) or will.
