My daughter and her boyfriend went to this store for a tuxedo rental for an upcoming school dance. The store was virtually empty but the ""service"" they received from the sales rep, Natalia, demonstrated that she thought the tuxedo service wasn't worth her time. I called to inform the manager, but she said that Natalia already informed her that it had been too busy to provide them with the ""special service"" they were looking for.
I evaluate most businesses based on whether I could send a family member there and they would receive the same level of customer service whether or not I was there. Apparently Jos. A Bank in Seal Beach is not one of those stores.
