Trisha Heath, formerly with Nurse Aide Training of Austin, is the director of A & H. After many attempts to contact Ms. Heather, I have been unsuccessful. I paid for, took the course and passed but I can't get Ms. Heath to sign the certificate of completion. I've been trying for months. It looks like I am going to have to retake the course which will cost me another $600!! Unless you have the time and money to waste, I would take this course from A & H in Temple or from Nurse Aide of Austin where Ms. Heath was employed.
