Woke up on a Sunday to someone vandalizing my car - broken window, shattered glass everywhere inside, dented & scratched passenger door, items stolen...not the best way to end a weekend.
Fast forward - report made w/ the cops and insurance company (esurance, I heart them!) and my adjuster sends me to Auto Glass Center to have my back window replaced until I could take my car to the shop later in the week. Ben was my customer service rep - he was friendly & explained where it was located & gave me a good price (I didn't feel overcharged, at least)
Overall, I think they did a great job. Replaced my back window in about 45 minutes, all the glass was vaccuumed out as well. For $95, I feel I got great customer service & a good end result so yeah for Auto Glass Center!
