A friend of mine told me about Zumba so i thought i would try it out... I have two bad knees from an accident, so wasn't sure how I would be able to dance, but glad i tried it out. I absolutely love Zumba, love Tina and Rosie and love all the ladies that attend. Everyone is friendly and we have monthly get togethers and it is truly like a huge family. The instructors are wonderful, and let me alter their dances to fit what i can do. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, any body type and even those that think they have no rhythm or think that people will laugh at them... No one is judging you as a newcomer, we all started out feeling awkward. Hope to see you there!
