I never left msg or feedback for any kind of website, but this hotel is something else. Beautiful hotel but worst management and catering manager ever. Was introduced by a great friend but very disappointed after the hotel visit. and got hung off when call to check status.
1. Dishonest wedding event coordinator and general manager. 2. Hung off phone with customer. 3. Arguing with customer. 4. Not willing to admit fault. If you don't have $$$$ to spend, they treat you like shxxt!!!!! but if you are big corporation, they will do anything to get your business..(by kicking out little potato like regular customer)
