We had Reed's water-proof our basement. Shane, the owner, did a great job, but didn't have the back up pump with him at the time and said he'd install it the following Monday. He never showed up, never called, and refused to answer his phone. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of paying him anyways. That's on us. But it does make me wonder, what would happen if you had a problem with some of the work he did? I'm betting he wouldn't be there to help to help you out.
Bottom line, if you expect any customer service at all, go somewhere else.
