I had a requirement for the heavy duty cleaning of a relative's apartment that had been uncleaned for many years. While my loved one was in the hospital, I wanted to have his apartment thoroughly cleaned so that when he came home it would be a nice place to be. It was a very emotially charged situation for me as I had no idea my relative had been living this way until I had found out 2 weeks prior.\r

My situation was handled with great care and sensitivity from the beginning by Ross who was my customer care rep. He thoroughly understood what I needed and the difficulty of the sitiation. I knew I had found the right place. I had a walk through of the apartment with the owner, David, who was also wonderful and we discussed all my needs which included literally top to bottom cleaning of the apartment so it could be painted. We needed to push all the furniture into the middle of the room for the painters and clean and remove everything on and in the furniture. I had a rug that I needed help with in removing. David also told me that since they were a green company that they would take any appropriate items that I didn't want away for donation. Fabulous! We discussed price and although it was expensive it was a big job and I felt it was very fair.\r

I must admit there was a hitch on the morning of the cleaning where the cleaners they sent were unaware of the size of the job, item removal, etc. I called the office upset (I mentioned this was a very upsetting issue for me) and expressed my dismay. Well, Great Green stepped up to the plate and came through with everything promised and quickly. They sent over Chris, who is a Field Manager on difficult cases who brought everything needed and later they sent over the truck to pick up the items to be donated.\r

So now I had Chris, Naomi and Oniel on the case. I have to tell you, they were all wonderful and did EVERYTHING I needed with enthusiasm and care. They couldn't have been more wonderful.\r

By the end of the day, I had everything I needed done on this tough job and I was ecstatic. I gave everyone big tips and was thrilled to do so; they earned every penny.\r

To top it all off, Ross called afterwards to check on me and to see if I was happy. They had actually spent more man hours on the job than the estimate and they didn't charge me for it which was incredibly nice because believe me these people worked their butts off.\r
