Mean spirited and condescending is how I'd describe the lack of service. I called to get directions and told him what needed to be done, which went fine. I arrived and handed the guy my 2 watches, one with a bezel that needed to be re-glued. He took a look and said, without looking up & in a curt tone, 'we don't work on imitations' and handed it back. I asked why and was told they can't find replacement parts. For the record, i have no problem with a shop not working on imitation products. But I do have a problem with a) not hearing that until I've wasted gas and time driving there & b) not hearing an apology for my wasted time, getting a look in the eye or my presence acknowledged. I'd never recommend or return to this place.
