I placed an order online for over $1200. I was called and emailed by a person a named Mit, that they wanted a copy of credit card and driver license info, and a utility bill. I refused the utility bill as it's not stated in their policy and seems unnecessary. I was told ok. I faxed the info and then was told they can't make out my drivers license. The image is clear as I have a copy of it. Also my credit card billing address matches what I entered and my order was to ship to this address.
First of all I'm being severely inconvenienced as my account is $1200 debited. They say they will refund my money but I expect it will appear on my account in 3 days. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the sales rep was rude and basically had a don't care attitude and laugh in his voice when I informed him of my intention to share my experience online.
I asked for the manager and was told he was unavailable. This is not good business. It is the employees who will make or break your business. I will never do business with this place again and will post my experience online.
A complaint with the BBB has been filed. If a credit doesn't appear by Monday then this will be escalated with my bank.
Don't do business with them online.
