The food taste at Don Pancho was very poor. This restaurant's food isn't any better that any below average mexican restaurant. The food taste like it came straight from a can. The customer service is by far one of the worst I have ever seen in the Middle Tennessee area. The managers prefer to argue with customer before they admit they made a mistake. If you want to eat bad food and receive poor customer service, I encourage you to go eat at exit 11's Don Pancho.
