Very unfortunate experience with these guys. Responded to a listing and dealt with Fernando, set up a time to view the property, he asked me to call and confirm the day of the appointment, so I did, never heard back. Arrived at the property on time, he wasn't there, called, and found out that the ""key was under the mat"" and I was to show myself the property. He asked to have me give him a call with my thoughts after I'd seen the place. The key, of course, didn't work, but luckily there were some guys there fixing the garage who let me in from the inside. Took a look around, liked the place and wanted to move forward with leasing it, so I gave Fernando a call and left him a message telling him so. This guy almost never picks up his phone!!! Didn't hear back from him for the rest of the day, and upon giving him a call the next day, he informs me that someone else dropped off their credit papers the SAME DAY I viewed the house..in fact, this happened right around the time that I was calling him to find out where to drop off said papers myself. He then went on to say that I'd told him the price was too high in my voicemail (uhhh, no I didn't), and to give him to call the next day to see if the property was leased or not. Like I said, very disappointing experience, will not be working with them (at least not Fernando) any time in the future.
