The only reason I give this place a 1 star rating Is because I love the car I purchased. The service on the other hand Is a completely different story. For anyone who thinks this Is a fake posting In order to give this place a bad name, here's my proof. I purchased a 2005 Tan Cadillac CTS on Sept 4th from this place on Fresh Pond Road In Queens. I dealt with Carlos, the worse sales person I ever came across. He was very rude and spent most of the time texting and yapping on his personal phone. He almost talked me out of making the purchase, luckily for them I simply loved the car and traveled all the way from New Jersey to make the purchase. To make a long story short. I spoke to the owner who goes by the name Benny. We negotiated a price for the 5 year warranty, which they gave me 2 months to pay. 2 months later... Carlos, Ivan the manager, Kimberly from processing and Benny had no Idea what I was talking about. I went back and forth with them for days and did not want to honor the agreement. Very, very unprofessional and I will never refer anyone to this place, ever!!! more
