There is not a finer establishment in the western suburbs than Auto Plus -- and I mean ANY establishment. I have taken my cars to Auto Plus on and off for the past year or two and have always been satisfied with their work as well as their prices. But my last encounter with them has put them into a whole other category.\r

My car needed a 15K maintenance, which by the owners manuel calls for a rotation of tires and then checking and inspecting many things. I called up the dealership and they quoted me $195.00. I called up Auto Plus and they said we inspect and check all that stuff on every car we have in for repair. So I dropped my car off on a very busy morning with the request that I needed it back by Noon. Now, this was going to be a bit of a problem because that wasn't noted on my appointment when I made it the previous day and they had 36 cars in for repairs that day...but they would do their best. \r

Lo and behold at 11:30 am my doorbell rings...that's right...at my house...and there is my car in my driveway with one of Auto Plus' fine employees handing me my keys and an invoice. I look at the invoice and start walking away to get my wallet when I see that the total that I owe is $0....that's right $0.....because they do tire rotations for free, Mr. Employee tells me.\r

Folks...you can not do better than that. Not only did they go out of their way and at some personal sacrifice, I'm sure, to have my car ready by Noon...they personally delivered it to me and they charged me nothing. I only wish all businesses I dealt with had Auto Plus' committment to honesty, integrity and service. What a world that would be.....
