We weren't going to respond to this but our customers felt we should. 1st the owner of car never complained, it was her boyfriend complaining. The owners @ Ralph's went on vacation not the mechanics. The business was open & mechanics were working. The car had an intermitent no start. While we had it, the car never acted up, after 12 days we did give up. We apologized several times about theft of CD player & called the Vandalia Police Depart. for them, which is public record. We have signs posted ""not responsible for stolen property in cars left with us"". I have 1 question, is it Wal Mart's problem if your car is broken into on their lot? more
