I have been waiting for 4 months for my computer to simply have a new hard drive put in and a new wifi.
they say now my computer was too gone to fix so their gonna give me another refurbished one.
I got that but its worst than the one I had in the first place. Now their gonna give me a new dell with all my photos and documents they could save.
was supposed to be ready for Christmas now I have to wait til Tuesday.
I am trying to be patient and understanding, I hope they make good on their word.
