I would strongly urge anyone considering to hire this caterer for their event. Unless you want a dictator and not a caterer then you will be okay with hiring this caterer. A caterer is supposed to do just that; cater & adhere to your wishes & desires, not respond with a snide response to your visions & request. While the food this outfit produces is indisputably delicious and I think they have an amazing kitchen staff who are passionate about their end product, the front line of their operation is over shadowed by a control Nazi. This was my first time hiring a caterer and therefor at first I thought I was in the wrong just assuming that this is how the game goes, having certain ideals and hopes, then after consulting with several people they reassured me that this is not proper customer service and that I would be best to go elsewhere and that is exactly what I did and never looked back! Even fore-fitting a substantial deposit, it was worth it in the end!
