I have been a loyal customer of Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating for over 20 years. I would say my experiences in all of the cases with them have been very, very positive. Gene himself came out to do something for me, and he was very friendly. They have always been very helpful and tell you exactly what they're doing. They are willing to share information with you, the customer. They have never been condescending and are very accommodating to me. Of course, everybody will have their own experience with them, but mine has always been really good and I guess that's why I'm loyal. Plus, they are a very good company and have been around for a long time.
