My car was overheating. I have a mechancal background and knew it was the thermostat. I took my car here and told them that. 2 days later they said it was a fan and the bill will be $972. They kept saying the part was on backorder. 2 WEEKS later they called and said iy is still over heating and it needs a themostat. EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD THE THEM PROBLEM WAS. At my insistance they put the old fan back in and ate the labor. But only because I agreed to their $423 bill for a thermostat, which is a $47 part that they had in stock all along. They were trying to slam me for an extra $1000 of parts & work that was not needed.I didn't have my car for 2 weeks for a 1 hour job. VERY UNSCRUPULOUS SERVICE CENTER more
