Do not expect an easy resolution when something goes wrong. In fact, their way of resolving a problem would be to ignore your emails. One of the prints I?ve ordered came in damaged in the mail. First, they wanted to send a carrier rep to my house to inspect the envelope. When I told them that the envelope looked fine they wanted me to take a 20 mile drive to their office to prove it before they order a reprint. And this considering they charge $12 for the $1.50 package. With the level of competition in the field I would expect them provide a better customer service.
